Yuan-Chieh Chang

PhD in Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy from the University of Manchester, UK. Professor and Director of the Institute of Technology Management at National Tsing Hua University, and Dean of the NTHU Continuing Education Center. Research expertise includes R&D and innovation management, Fintech, circular economy, entrepreneurship studies, and science and innovation policy. Former roles include Editorial Board Member of R&D Management and Technovation (SSCI), Senior Editor and Managing Editor of the Journal of Technology Management (TSSCI), and CEO of the Tze-Chiang Foundation of Science and Technology (TCFST). Recipient of the Global Technology Management Distinguished Scholar Award from the International Association for Management of Technology (IAMOT) in 2012.
