Master of Design from Pratt Institute in New York. Founder and R&D Director of Scenario Lab.

Proficient in script collection and innovation, he is committed to combining design concepts with service innovation to help organizations create more attractive and competitive service products. This includes Scenario Acquisition (SA) to study user experience, Scenario Innovation (SI) to collaborate with enterprises on developing innovations, and Scenario Design to assist customers in formulating value scenarios to prototype innovative products and services. Additionally, he transforms the user experience and corporate creativity in the process into innovative board game tools such as knowledge module cards and behavioral framework maps for continuous use by enterprises.

He is the author of "Script Guide: New Methods for Product and Service Design in the Information Age" (2001) and "Behavioral Design Exploration Handbook" (2014).
