About K-assistant

Residemy uses generative AI and software agent technology to develop personal "Knowledge Assistant" (K-assistant) to help lower the threshold of personal knowledge exposure, translation, communication, and interaction. This promotes the creation and realization of knowledge within the resilience research community. Through the services of K-assistants, the frequency of knowledge exchange among members is improved, thereby demonstrating the “resilience” of the resilience research community. Log in with your LINE account to activate your KA!

💡I’m the KA from the Resilience Research Center, feel free to interact with me and ask any questions!

Document Information Extraction and Summary

The knowledge assistant analyzes research documents, extracts information based on specified items, and generates document summaries. It can also conduct question-and-answer sessions and retrieve key information based on the document content.

Expert Search and Q&A

Users can set personal information and provide knowledge in fields the knowledge assistant is familiar with. The knowledge assistant will compile the background information set by experts and the knowledge accumulated in the past, which can be disclosed for members to search, provide consultation, and retrieve knowledge.

Knowledge Learning Service

Users can search for knowledge or learning activities shared by others, click to participate in knowledge exchange or learning activities, and communicate with the knowledge expert indirectly (through knowledge assistants) or directly through the knowledge assistants of both parties. This allows for learning and sharing knowledge.

KA How-to Guide

These five short videos get you up and running with KA—activate your assistant, manage documents, join communities, and personalize your profile. Watch in order to build your own KA and resilient knowledge workflow in minutes.

🏠 KA Interface

This video introduces the KA conversational workspace. Use prompts to search files, review past chats, manage contacts, and explore communities. KA classifies your request, shows task hints, and surfaces relevant notifications.
After watching: Activate your assistant, try your first prompt (e.g., “What files do I have?”), and discover communities to join.

Community

Learn to create or join knowledge communities, browse discussions and shared files, and explore hot topics and relationships via the Concept Cloud and Interaction Network. Ask questions to groups or specific members.
After watching: Join a public group, post your first message, and use the Concept Cloud to find like-minded members.

🪪Manage My Profile

Customize your assistant—name, language, persona, and tone—and build your personal knowledge base so KA can tailor future Q&A, interests, and résumé-style interactions.
After watching: Name your KA, set preferences, and add your first personal knowledge entry for more personalized replies.

Ⓜ️Manage My Documents

See how to upload/manage documents, set sharing permissions, and use AI summaries, the Knowledge Markup Map, and the Knowledge Graph to grasp key ideas and connections at a glance.
After watching: Upload your first file, choose how to share it, and use AI views to understand it faster.

🎛️Personal Dashboard

Your dashboard shows a high-level view: personal word cloud, document-based knowledge map, contacts, and message history. Review external requests to your KA and summarize selected conversations.
After watching: Scan recent activity and themes, auto-summarize key chats, and keep track of important messages.
