「2024衛生法律與政策年度研討會：健康一體的法制創新與韌性建構」將於10/25-10/26在清華大學舉行！ 韌性研究中心非常榮幸成為合辦單位，韌性研究子計畫教授林勤富教授也將在研討會中進行發表及擔任主持，研討會內容包防疫措施與治理成效之回顧與檢討；傳染病治理、國際貿易、世界衛生組織新公約等等，對於國家韌性議題有興趣的夥伴千萬別錯過！

2024衛生法律與政策年度研討會：健康一體的法制創新與韌性建構
Open Registration: 2024 Annual Conference on Health Law & Policy
本年度研討會由本所、中央研究院法律學研究所資訊法中心、國立臺灣大學國家發展研究所、國立陽明交通大學科技法律學院TPP及跨國經貿法律研究中心共同主辦，並由本校科管院、生命科學暨醫學院、人文社會研究中心、韌性研究中心以及工業技術研究院產業科技國際策略發展所、俞國華文教基金會共同合辦。
本年度研討會各場次涵蓋防疫措施與治理成效、健康一體原則下動物健康福祉政策、永續發展時代的精準健康、普惠醫療與資訊隱私權保障、新興管制議題中個人權利與公共利益之衡平、精神衛生健康之人權與治理、衛生法律與政策中的憲法角色、傳染病治理、國際貿易、世界衛生組織新公約等重要議題。歡迎有興趣者報名參加，共同就公衛治理體系因應跨人類健康、動物、傳染病、環境之間系統性衝擊，對韌性能力建構、背後平衡機制探索、強化與健康生態系統的永續關係進行交流討論，以應對當今全球面臨的健康與衛生挑戰。
