Abstract／會議主題簡介：
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), particularly in the form of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, is emerging as the most quickly adopted new information technology. Many business leaders, service providers, and ordinary technology users hail these tools as liberating, useful, and even empowering.
生成型人工智能（GenAI），尤其是像 ChatGPT 這樣的巨型語言模型（LLMs），正迅速成為最受歡迎的新興資訊技術。許多商業領袖、服務提供者和普通技術使用者將這些工具視為解放、實用，甚至是賦權的工具。At the same time, many sectors of society, industry, and academia are increasingly rejecting the use of GenAI and warning against over-reliance on these agents. Altogether, there is rising discourse about how to balance human agency in the face of the first external agents that can mimic human capability in generating information.
同時，許多社會、產業和學術領域越來越多地反對使用 GenAI，並警告不要過度依賴這些代理。整體而言，關於如何在面對首批能夠模擬人類生成資訊能力的外部代理時平衡人類自主權的討論越來越多。
