「當下的禮物」兒童大腦開發與幸福課程，是由英國三位資深神經科學家、兒童教育家及正念教師共同開發的課程，以說故事、玩遊戲、認識大腦等生動活潑的方式，引導孩子以體驗的方式來學習正念，培育孩子的專注及情緒調節能力，促進孩子與自我及人我良好的關係品質，提升學習能力及生活幸福感。
"The Present Moment Gift" is a children’s brain development and happiness course, jointly developed by three senior neuroscientists, child educators, and mindfulness teachers from the UK. Through storytelling, games, and understanding the brain in a lively and engaging manner, this course guides children to learn mindfulness experientially, cultivating their focus and emotional regulation abilities, enhancing their quality of relationships with themselves and others, and boosting their learning capabilities and overall happiness.
