This presentation examines how small states, specifically Malaysia and Singapore, leverage their sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) to enhance financial resilience. By focusing on Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Malaysia) and Temasek Holdings (Singapore), the premier SWFs of these countries, it explores the strategic roles these funds play in fostering economic stability and growth.
