Abstract／會議主題簡介：
In an increasingly multipolar and geopolitically tense global landscape, science and technology have become pivotal arenas of international rivalry. This paper investigates how countries in the Asia Pacific—both developed and developing—navigate research collaboration amid US-China decoupling and shifting global power dynamics.
在全球日益多極化且地緣政治緊張的局勢下，科學與技術已成為國際競爭的關鍵戰場。本講座探討亞太地區已開發、以及開發中國家如何在美中脫鉤及全球權力格局轉變的情況下，調整其研究合作策略。
Through a mixed-methods approach combining bibliometric analysis (2001–2023) and policy analysis, the study analyzes patterns of co-authorship, disciplinary focus, and funding flows between case study nations and the two science superpowers.
本研究採用混合方法，結合文獻計量分析（2001–2023）與政策分析，分析案例國與兩大科技強權之間在共同作者關係、學科重點與資金流向上的合作模式。
