
簡介
現任教於國立清華大學服務科學研究所,研究專長領域包括服務資訊系統架構和安全性以及計算統計學等主題,主要研究領域涵蓋線上平台上的使用者行為,並延伸至使用者成癮、線上社區參與、顧客轉換成本等理論,方法論研究則探索在解釋建模中使用預測方法的應用。研究成果發表於《資訊系統研究》、《管理資訊系統期刊》、《資訊系統協會期刊》等期刊。此外,也參與個人健康監測智能軟體程式的開發作業。
