張元杰 Yuan-Chieh Chang

英國曼徹斯特大學科技政策與管理博士，國立清華大學科技管理研究所教授兼所長，清大進修推廣學院院長。

研究專長為研發與創新管理、Fintech、循環經濟、創業研究、科技與創新政策等。

曾任R&D Management, Technovation（SSCI，編審委員）、科技管理學刊（TSSCI）資深編輯及執行編輯、自強基金會執行長。

曾獲國際科管學會（IAMOT）全球科技管理頂尖學者獎（2012）。
