Job Opening: Project Coordinator (One Position)
I. Job Responsibilities
-
Planning and coordination of international academic exchanges and visits by overseas scholars to Taiwan.
-
Project execution and progress tracking.
-
Community management for the Resilience Academy (韌學堂).
-
Content management and promotion of the Center’s in-house AI knowledge assistant.
-
Editorial collaboration for publications issued by the Research Center.
-
Administrative support and other tasks as assigned.
II. Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or above from a domestic or overseas public or private university; field of study not restricted.

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to handle administrative tasks independently.

Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong team spirit.

TOEIC score of 650 or above, or equivalent English proficiency, is preferred.
-
Prior experience in administrative work or project management is a plus.
III. Work Location

National Tsing Hua University
(No. 101, Section 2, Guangfu Road, Hsinchu City, Taiwan)
IV. Working Hours
-
Starting from March, 2026,
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
V. Employment Term
-
A three-month probation period will apply. Upon satisfactory evaluation, the candidate will be formally employed; those who fail to pass the evaluation will not be retained.

After formal appointment, the employment term is one year. Contract renewal will be subject to work performance, project funding, and operational needs.
VI. Salary and Benefits
-
Salary will be paid in accordance with the National Tsing Hua University Salary Standards for Project-Based Contract Personnel.

Master’s degree: starting from NTD 41,221 per month

Bachelor’s degree: starting from NTD 35,651 per month

Labor insurance, health insurance, and labor pension contributions will be provided in accordance with regulations.
