Resilience is crucial to the going concern and performance of innovative firms as it determines how organisations and ecosystems respond to crises to resist damage and bounce back from shocks and disturbances. Resilience capacity is embodied in organisational resources, ideologies, routines, and structures that enable it to absorb exogenous shocks and restore the prior order (Meyer, 1982). Experiential learning plays a key role in building and strengthening the capacity of firms to respond decisively in the most targeted way. For firms involved in collaborative innovations networks, resilience also depends on the collective strength of the entire network and the organic flow of information to harmonise collective experiential learning.
韌性對創新公司的持續經營(going concern)和績效至關重要,它決定了組織和生態系統如何應對危機,以抵禦損害並從衝擊和干擾中復原。韌性能力體現在組織資源、意識形態、慣性和結構中,使組織能吸收外在衝擊,並恢復先前的秩序(Meyer,1982)。在建造與加強企業能力以最具目標性的方向做出反應時,經驗式學習發揮著關鍵作用。對於參與協作創新網絡的企業而言,韌性也取決於整個網絡的集體力量以及有機的資訊流,來協調集體的經驗式學習。
