鄭國泰 Kuo-Tai Cheng

簡介

英國曼徹斯特大學政策管理哲學博士,研究專長包含公共政策管理、ESG(環境、社會及治理)、韌性城市、公營事業民營化管理、管制治理、組織行為(OB)與人力資源管理(HR)。擁有豐富的產學經驗,曾諮詢輔導超過十家科技公司和中小企業,專注於ESG與碳治理。

 

現任國立清華大學環境與文化資源學系系主任,並兼任教育學院永續長及ESDxESG USR推動中心主持人。過去曾擔任清華大學推廣教育中心副主任、全球發展處綜合事務組組長,以及竹松社區大學主任秘書。此外,亦於國立清華大學擔任教授,致力於永續發展教育與公共治理的推廣。
 

榮譽與獎助方面,獲得多項殊榮,包括國立清華大學延攬及留住特殊優秀人才彈性薪資補助(106-112年度)、111年度國立清華大學傑出人才發展基金優秀研究獎,以及兩度榮獲美國傅爾布萊特訪問學者獎助(2008-2009年及2016-2017年),曾赴印地安納大學與佛羅里達大學進行研究。此外,擔任英國東倫敦大學創新管理與企業中心顧問、新竹市環境教育基金管理委員會委員及多項ESG顧問與政策推廣要職。
 

產業與政策顧問經歷豐富,曾任財團法人自強工業科學基金會科技教育處ESG顧問、材料與化工研究所特聘研究員、淨零輔導師,並擔任BOT及政策規劃顧問,為政府部門及企業提供永續發展策略、碳治理與政策分析的專業諮詢。此外,多次受邀於政府與企業單位擔任講座,內容涵蓋ESG政策解析、淨零策略、邏輯思考與問題診治、政策執行與評估等多元議題。
 

授課範圍包含學士班、碩士班、在職專班及推廣教育課程,內容涵蓋永續發展教育與法治素養、公共政策、公共治理、環境政策與社會、永續發展政策分析及環境治理與公民社會等主題。此外,針對ESG領域,教授開設企業永續發展、ESG報告書實作、SDGs與ESG之關聯性等專業課程,致力於推動企業永續經營與治理實務。
 

曾擔任多個國際期刊文章審查人,包括Public Administration Review、Telecommunications Policy、Sustainability等SSCI/SCI期刊,並擔任多本國際期刊編輯群成員,致力於學術推廣及跨領域研究發展。
