簡介
目前擔任國立清華大學服務科學研究所副教授，並兼任紐西蘭數位工作實驗室共同主任，以及惠靈頓維多利亞大學商學與政府學院資訊管理學院的兼任教授。擁有加拿大皇后大學史密斯商學院的管理學博士學位（資訊系統專長）。
研究領域包括人機協作、資訊系統與技術的應用與管理、資訊系統開發方法學（敏捷與人本取向）、以及資訊系統/技術專案與團隊管理中的敏捷性與韌性，此外也專注於理論建構與應用。
過去曾擔任惠靈頓維多利亞大學的講師與高級講師，並在多次國際會議中擔任分軌主席與編輯委員。目前是《Communications of the Association for Information Systems》的副主編，以及多個國際會議的編輯委員會成員。
教授的課程包括組織行為、數據驅動系統編程與服務科學理論。研究成果已發表於《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》、《Journal of the Association for Information Systems》、《International Journal of Information Management》等國際期刊。曾多次榮獲學術獎項，包括國際會議優秀副主編獎及清華大學青年學者獎。
